Leaves......

I raked one large bag of leaves yesterday, which brings us to about 12 bags this season. However, a giant maple in our neighbors' back yard still has nearly all its leaves! Argh. (It's a great shade tree though, can't complain.)

Arrested Development last night was awesome - the best comedy on television. I had to tape American Dreams, so I can watch it tonight.

Tiff and I watched "Spirited Away" which is a Japanese film classic. It was actually quite good. I am not normally a fan of animated film, but this one was extremely creative. If you can get past the first 10 minutes or so, which are pretty dull, the movie pays off.

Friday night, Netflix sent us our DVD for "Super Size Me" which is another outstanding movie. If you are thinking about eating healthier or you're sick of commercialism, this is an awesome movie. I don't know if I can ever eat fast food again, and that fact makes me feel GREAT. McDonald's must have loved this film....

Now that's funny Jason. I was just looking at some of the independent films on Netflix and added that film to my queue! However I don't think it will get me to stop eating there. I mean after all I worked for one a long time ago. I know some of the stuff that goes on.. ;D

Hey - thanks for posting! Long time, no talk!

Do you like Netflix? We are so addicted to it. We've been renting a lot of mini-series and documentaries that we would never have dreamt of renting from Blockbuster. As far as Super Size Me goes, I still haven't eaten any more fast food except 3 pieces of pizza at a party this week, and that was from Valerio's, so that only barely counts. On our trip we were just on, we definitely would have stopped at BK for some Sausage Biscuits, but instead went for Nutri-Grain bars. It's not that we're all snobby, it's just made us not want fast food anymore. (Arby's has been tempting me though.... It's only a matter of time!)

Actually I've been using Netflix since it started way back in the day. I'm sure I told you I was using netflix when we worked at Stargate.net. ;D

As for the fast food thing.. Well it will take alot for me to stop eating fast food. I don't don't eat any where near what I used to eat of fast food. I don't know, for some reason I like Big Macs! LOL However I do not eat Burger King. Just Wendys and McD.
