Goodbye

This post retreived from the jasonramsey.net archival vaults.

What a day yesterday. I had to say goodbye to some good friends Friday. I am very sure you will find success in all you do and I hope nothing was personal. To the many who are left, we will get through this. Patience. The task at hand is clear. We have to believe the worst is over for the sake of the future. I've never done this before myself, but I'm not worried. You shouldn't be either.

Made some minor cosmetic changes to the website. I may put up a guestbook sometime soon, just as long as no one minds how few people post to it!

I love this article on Slate. I haven't read anything this clever in a long long time.

Return of the Webcam

This post retreived from the jasonramsey.net archival vaults.

Rachel's Roadhouse... Mmmm, I recommend the Leesburger.

The webcam has returned! By lack of popular demand-- I decided I required more attention, and thus the rebirth of the webcam. It's now looking into the kitchen, so everyone can see my manic chef impersonation. While I think I'm a decent cook, it's adviseable to stay at least 10-12 feet away from the premises, otherwise you may get a ladle or other cooking implement somewhere unpleasant. The monitors to the right are part of my computer graveyard/display, a C=1084S monitor which is hooked up to the Amiga 2000, and the Mac Classic II. (Note, I am probably not looking at either one.)

You may have noticed my banner to the bottom left-- if you'd like to link to me using the banner, feel free!

New web site design!

This post retreived from the jasonramsey.net archival vaults.

New web site design! There's more links, more pictures, more everything.

I watched the Matrix three times this weekend. I didn't think I'd like it as much as I did, I'm kind of a movie snob. In case you didn't notice, Edinboro got kind of snowed in today, so I've been looking for things to do.

Also, if anyone has any doubt whatsoever, the Detroit Red Wings are going to win the Stanley Cup. Any one who thinks otherwise is delusional.

Also, adding a shameless link to the front of the page to sign up for Stargate internet service. If you use that link it's $14.95/month for your first 3 months.
