Big changes

I just completed my first week at my new job. To think I was bored the first few days. I've found my stride already, and there's LOTS to come. Getting married in a week! This month has been a memorable one, to say the least. It began with giving notice to Stargate on 7/1, and will end two days before I'm married.

On a completely other note, you must watch Most Extreme Elimination Challenge. At least once. All the way through. TNN, Saturday nights, 9pm. I'd link to a website, if I could find a good one. Yes - I know it's TNN, which now stands for Totally Not Necessary in my book since they went all macho, but trust me. Do not eat or drink while watching, for danger of choking while laughing.

Yes -- The rumors are true! (No secrets here, just delayed announcement...) I have recently found a new job, in a place of learning as a programmer and user support person. I start very soon, and I'm excited for new challenges and the chance to work in a totally different environment. I'll miss everyone who'll be still at Stargate after I leave. You have all made it a wonderful place to work!

My soon-to-be-wife has discovered Paul Oakenfold's music now for herself. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm SICK of Paul Oakenfold. (I love you, sweetie!)

We had a good time watching the fireworks on 4th of July out in Mayville NY on a private dock. Took some pictures on my new Sprint PCS picture phone. It was very cool.

Thought for the day: If you kept a personal diary, would you leave it somewhere where anyone who you saw on the street, or talked to on the phone, could read it?

(I know, it seems obvious... Don't think too hard - it IS obvious.)
